PROJECTS

Anchor 4
While I have participated in various kind of design, building and R&D projects, I have to divide them in the sections. If you click on the photos or texts, you may reach the detailed informations about each project.
While I've tried to learn as much as I can, I feel obligated to publish what I've learned.

Because no matter how much the light you have, the important point is how much do you illuminate your environment!

These are the some selective works about Academic papers, R&D Project and E-books
I have some design and production experience with the most enjoyable ship type;

Passenger Ships!

I believe passenger ships have very special location at the intersection set of human and engineering.
Because of their special missions and high manoeuvrability skills, workboats are always excited me.
I'm experienced in all stages of design and production in yacht design and building.

Not only working on them, but even seeing a yacht on the sea makes me feel relaxed and happy.

MOTIVATION LETTER

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to request your consideration of this motivation letter

I have over 10 years of experience in ship building industry as design engineer and pride myself on having an artistic eye despite being “just” an engineer. I would love the opportunity to utilize both the artistic and the technical aspects of my brain.

As a solid supporter of life-long learning practice, I keep continue to develop myself day by day. After graduation I realized that, as an engineer, we have lack of design and aesthetic knowledge. Therefore, I was attending the fundamentals of and advance design classes chronologically, and have started to understand the concept design and feasibility studies, during my professional career. At the same time, I realized the importance of the intersection of to design for humans and engineering studies to overcome the natural forces, which was simply known as the seakeeping performance analysis. And I wrote my MSc thesis about the effect of the main dimensions to the seakeeping performance of the ships. That was the first Turkish academic study in this subject which was very exciting, because no matter how much the light you have, the important point is how much do you illuminate your environment!

In accordance with this academic background, as a ship building professional, I have developing myself in general arrangement design, naval architecture calculations, general design process under the lights of class society rules such as DNV, RINA and TL. I’m experienced with reading, understanding and applying the rules at design stages.

In addition, according to my 5 years of project management experiences, with solid academic background, I’m highly placing importance on deadlines, budgets, accordance with the departments and planning the work breakdown structure. I am highly organised and self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, highly placing importance on quality of my works and thrive in high-pressure environments.

Needless to say that, I have self - confidence to create and provide added value to my future company in very short time and shines bright like a diamond in front of the team and company. I am highly-motivated for long term projects to reveal my full capacity.

My career objective is working at developed countries to experience high level engineering eco-system and strong business culture. It’s clear that I have a great passion to be a part of this natural leader in engineering vision as well. Moreover, my first duty will be to develop my language skills to adapt the social and business life as fast as I can.

My salary expectation will be at the lower bound of offered position and I don't have a period of notice. I have a valid passport with expiration date of 07.2026.

I highly appreciate to be a candidate for your company and you may get contact with me via email or phone whenever it is suitable for you. Thank you in advance for your concern.

Kind regards.
